To deepen her personal practice, she attended the yoga teacher training program at the University of Maryland Center for Integrative Medicine and received her 200 hr YT and Reiki Practitioner certifications. Equipped with an understanding of the 8-fold yoga path, the major chakras and their correspondence with the notes on the musical scale, she understood the healing power of music and sound. As a complement to her other holistic practices / complementary medicine services, she obtained her Sound Healing certification. These practices led her to holistic healing practitioners and mentors who encouraged, inspired, and catapulted her into re-discovery of self and purpose - to help others attain harmonious balance of body, mind, and spirit - and YogiLifePro was formed. True to her psuedonym, she shares the gift of love and lightness with each encounter and experience.
